His practice spans corporate and transactional matters on a global scale, including private equity transactions, venture financings, corporate governance, securities offerings, and mergers and acquisitions across all sectors. Travis also advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their family offices, helping them maximize their assets and safeguard against risk.

His representative experience includes advising global venture capital firms, multiple professional sports franchises and related investment groups.

Anelisa Benavides is an accomplished attorney with more than a decade of experience in complex litigation and advising business owners, executive leadership, and key stakeholders on legal and operational matters. As Senior Counsel at Aureum Legal, she draws on her background in private practice and in-house counsel roles to provide practical, business-focused legal counsel while helping expand the firm's capabilities and client relationships.

Anelisa’s litigation experience includes complex commercial disputes, breach of contract claims, restrictive covenant litigation, and civil liability matters. She has handled all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and settlement negotiations, and has served as second-chair trial counsel in federal and state courts. In April 2026, she was part of the defense team that secured a complete defense verdict in a federal jury trial involving a $26 million damages demand against a municipal client.

Anelisa’s in-house experience includes advising on multimillion-dollar public development initiatives, commercial real estate matters, contractual negotiations, and employment compliance, as well as responding to legal challenges involving major economic development projects. Combined with her litigation experience, this experience allows her to assess legal risk from both an advisory and advocacy perspective, helping clients anticipate disputes, evaluate their options, and protect their interests when litigation becomes necessary.
